We Value Client Service

We believe that clients of law firms deserve a high level of service, just like customers of other businesses. Our lead attorney, Joe Fulwiler, previously held the title of Vice President of Client Services at a software company. In that role, he learned the importance of maintaining open communications with clients.

We strive to return all calls and emails within two business days and give you an update on your case at least every two weeks. And we actively solicit client feedback on how we can improve.
